My whole life I had an athletic body, until I had kids and became an “adult”. I gained 60 pounds and I was in a place where I knew I needed to lose weight, I was unhealthy, and not happy with my body. I met Dawn Van Dort in 2016, but it wasn’t until late 2017 that I had a conversation with her about my health concerns. She then told me her dreams of bringing more health and fitness into our town. We ended up getting together two times a week for an hour or two and she taught me everything I needed to know about how to properly work my body, when to push, when not to, proper form, she encouraged me and helped push me like no one has before. She constantly gave me healthy eating tips (seeing her in the store all the time is a great motivator too!) Without Dawn I would still be 220-230 pounds. Working with Dawn, eating healthy, and no cheating I was able to form a healthy body that has more energy and looks great! I am now 175 pounds, I lost a total of 45 pounds from November 2017 to June 2018. That’s only 8 months! I had been trying for 5 years to lose just 20 pounds and with Dawn I did that in the first month. Results speak for themselves, and once you have a session with Dawn you’ll know why. -Jamie
At first it seemed impossible and tough to get going but once I jumped into these classes Determimation kicked in. It is a battle to see how far you can you until you realize the sky is the limit . -Sarah
I like spin classes for a couple of reasons. It's a great workout that I can tailer to whatever level of effort I need that day. It's also effective - I go twice a week and I see consistent improvement in my cardio fitness. But just as important is that I can do it without embarrassment. I'm pretty uncoordinated and any class that has dance-type moves or requires me to move my arms and legs at the same time can be challenging. I tried Zumba but I was very self-conscious and uncomfortable and I never got a very good workout. But in spin, all you have to do is sit down and pedal - it's perfect! -Jeanie

We are a welcoming and supportive fitness studio with instructors that will motivate and inspire you in a personalized group atmosphere to accomplish your goals, realize your full potential both mentally and physically, and most of all have fun while doing it!
We offer a variety of group fitness classes 6 days a week taught by certified instructors in a small group setting. Class formats include Spin (Indoor cycling) Booty Camp (Hiit training, step, weight training, gliding, and Barre) and Mat and Ball Pilates. We also offer personal training with a nationally certified trainer with over 20 years experience in the fitness industry in a private studio.
We believe in a positive and non-competitive environment that one can grow and change in. We have all been to classes before that seemed intimidating, abrasive and non-welcoming. Our goal is to provide a comfortable smaller group setting so that more attention can be given to the individual. You matter to us as does your success!
I actually began my fitness journey at the age of 7 as a competitive gymnast. At the age of 17 I had to stop as I just got too big! I started a nursing program with a major in Geronology and continued until 1991 until I switched to fitness as a career. After my second child I topped the scale at 212. I began attending step class and fell in love with fitness, mostly because it made me feel good about myself and gave me so much energy! It was not too long after that I became an instructor. I love to see individuals of all ages, shapes and sizes work beyond their comfort zone and not only emerge stronger and fitter than they ever thought possible but happier and more confident. I am passionate about helping people in any way I can and definitely love to make people laugh.

I have been participating in sports since I was very young and always enjoyed an active lifestyle. Spin is a high intensity, low impact, workout that targets all major muscle groups through a seris of movements performed on an indoor cycle. It ignites your metabolism during and after each 45 minute workout! Music plays a huge role in why these classes are so popular and fun. Each instructor has their own individual style and varies music to accompdate each class. Their music selection dictates the page and excitement of each hill, sprint, jump or movement on bike.
It is our hope that everytime you leave a class you will have realized your potential and what you can accomplish both mentally and physically and feel stronger and more empowered.

Great for overall fitness!! Weight loss, increasing cardiovascular fitness, improve core strength, improve muscle tone/increase muscle mass, improve mood and decrease anxiety and depression, increase bone density, and improve sleep quality.
All exercises are easily modified to fit almost any fitness level, age, shape or size! Prepare to sweat, laugh and work hard!!
9:00am - Dawn
Focuses on increasing flexibility, improving balance, developing core strength, learning proper breathing techniques and purposeful movement, and overall improvement of muscle tone. We will use methods of Traditional Mat Pilates as well as incorporate stability ball, mini ball, resistance bands and tubing, and free weights to give you a thorough total body workout.
All exercises are easily modified for individual. This class is especially wonderful and highly recommended for seniors, post-partum, and those who are new to fitness.
